I went on a mushroom walk (thanks to Airbnb Experiences: Things to Do Hosted by Locals www.airbnb.ca) and experienced hidden treasures in the forest that I’ve walked past hundreds of times. The mushrooms were so diverse in colour, texture and smell. Some were unassuming and earthy and others were quite gaudy or even able to glow in the dark. They were all on display completely unapologetic. I think of the inner work we do trying to heal our inner wounds and learn and unlearn to become better versions of ourselves. What are you trying to change right now and what is stopping you from putting yourself out there unapologetically? You’re enough.
