I’m sure I’ve walked past this tree over a hundred times. This morning I couldn’t ignore the remarkable green pods displayed like unassuming jewellery on a tree. I looked at it as if seeing it for the first time…compound leaf structure with smooth edges…Kentucky coffee tree! Now that I know its name I feel one step closer to nature and somehow more connected to my source. Maybe taking the time to learn someone’s name connects us to another human being the same way?
