Letting the Light In

We know exposing ourselves to sunlight early in the first hour of wakening shuts down the production of melatonin and supports cortisol production so we can start and live out our day more alert and focused. We align ourselves with life’s flow instead of resisting it. We leave the dark night behind us and embrace the clarity that the light brings. Will you let the light in tomorrow morning and use it like a flashlight of awareness exposing a mistaken belief, a habit that doesn’t serve you, or another shadow within?
