I listened to a davidji guided meditation this morning on Insight Timer about emotional freedom: https://insig.ht/8IHwnhiCq3b. This line stuck with me: “I invite an end to my (emotional) suffering”. Is it really this easy? I send a formal invitation? We hear about letting go and relaxing and releasing. When my amygdala treats me as prey and just wants to protect me from an imaginary leopard in front of me, can I convince it to let me pause to breathe and read the invitation?
