I watch Zoey sleep with her legs up in the air and wonder how is that comfortable? I think when she sleeps she’s meeting one of the criteria of the Healthy Mind Platter and getting proper rest and replenishment for her body and brain. When I sleep I try to figure out my life, my purpose and how to be okay with the ambiguity and uncertainty of the future (as well as about a hundred other topics). Maybe if I extended my limbs pointing fingers and toes to the sky against gravity at the most awkward angle I, too, could sleep peacefully.
