It’s interesting what we do to celebrate and appreciate our pets, isn’t it? They are family members who accept our love, see us at our best and worst moments, and who hear our deepest and darkest secrets. We can’t do enough to thank them for their companionship and loyalty…it surpasses what we receive from other humans. Loving someone the way we would want to be loved is a caring gesture, but loving someone in the way that they need to be loved, well that is another level. Zoey appeared to enjoy her pupcake soon after this photo was taken. We did our best to show her love in a language that is meaningful to her. 💗 How can we do this for other humans?
